Bon à savoir
- Began with a single rescued kitten found in California in 1998.
- The curled tail is carried, not fixed — it straightens when the cat moves.
- Still an experimental breed with very few catteries worldwide.
À qui convient-elle ?
Owners who want something genuinely unusual and are prepared to wait on a breeder's list.
Entretien
Ordinary grooming for the coat length. Never handle the cat by the tail, curled or not.
Histoire de la race
In 1998 a kitten with a curled tail was rescued from a street in Fremont, California and named Solomon. His descendants make up the whole breed, which is still being developed and is not yet accepted for championship status.
