Comb twice a week, daily during the moult. Provide sturdy climbing — it is a heavy, determined jumper.
Histoire de la race
Cats of this pattern have lived around Lake Van in eastern Anatolia for centuries. Two British travellers, Laura Lushington and Sonia Halliday, brought a pair back in 1955 after being given them on a photographic trip, and bred the line on in England.
